💡 CLASS 3 OVERVIEW: Area 3 and Vibration Introduction
Theme: “Learning To Feel Energy and Vibration"
Goal: Prepare and connect students for Class 4.
By the end of class, students should: be familiar with Area 3, continue practicing and building confidence with muscle testing, be introduced to the concept of vibration and energetics, understand how essential oils can support vibration and intention, and feel encouraged and ready—rather than stressed—for Class 4.
🗓️ DAY 1: Connection, Foundations & Building
1. Welcome Students:
Welcome and invite them to share stories, experiences, and questions from their month of practicing Area 2. Celebrate those who met their goals, and kindly encourage and uplift those who didn’t. Build excitement for the day's learning.
2. Registration & Admin:
Verify that payments have been made or scheduled. It is important that we set a good example as instructors regarding the energy exchange and the importance of paying on time. Remember, you can also be flexible and gracious when needed if situations arise; however, you are not obligated to make adjustments unless you genuinely feel it is appropriate.
4. Introduce Essential Oils:
The school’s official stance on essential oils is that we do not endorse or require any specific brand. We simply encourage that students used a high quality essential oil with a carrier oil.
We recognize that there are many reputable, high-quality essential oil companies available today. If you personally use and sell a specific brand, you are welcome to talk about that brand, explain why you love it, and offer it for purchase.
However, instructors may not:
Require students to use or purchase a specific brand.
Create competition or sales pressure in the classroom.
Speak negatively about other essential oil companies.
Please keep discussions educational. Focus on helping students make informed choices about sourcing, sustainability, cost, purity, and accessibility. Each student will be drawn to what resonates with their own body and energetic vibration, and we’re grateful to have so many options that can support that.
Instructors are not required to purchase an Essential Oil Book for their students unless they want to.
5. Review and Practice Muscle Testing:
Spend some time practicing and reviewing how each student feels energy inside their bodies. Consider introducing muscle testing with their fingers, based upon their ability to feel the energy. The goal for this class to to have them successfully muscle test for an essential oil for themselves and one for someone in the class.
LUNCH BREAK
6. Watch Landmark Video:
You’re welcome to use the Landmark Videos for Area 3 in Google Classroom. If you joined the class at the beginning of course (Class 1), you won’t need to sign in again—just open Area 3. You may also assign these videos for students to watch later as homework.
7. Lecture – Begin Presentation & Workbook:
Explanation of Area 3 techniques. Be sure to spend time review the male and female genitalia and common issues.
Once you get to the energy section of Area 3- practice feeling and moving the energy up the spine. Students may or may not be able to feel energy at this point. Encourage them and help build their confidence as much as possible.
A light introduction into Chakras is recommended at this point. Typically, most instructors prefer to do a deep dive into chakras in class 7 when talking about the Endocrine System.
8. End-of-Day Homework
-Write down personal and class goals found in the workbook. This can be done in class or as homework.
🗓️ DAY 2: Application, Integration & Intentional Practice
1. Review & Reflect:
Open class with a brief check-in on last night’s homework about setting goals. Invite students to either share the goals they wrote or take a few quiet minutes now to set their Class 3 goals.
Have students reflect in their notebooks on:
-How they have felt (physically, emotionally, spiritually) since starting the course
-Any progress they’ve already made toward their goals
-Whether any goals have shifted, clarified, or become more important
Encourage them to update or rewrite their goals if needed. The focus here is awareness and momentum, not perfection.
2. Bob Proctor: You Were Born Rich:
Review and discuss Chapters 3-4 of You Were Born Rich. Lead a focused, productive conversation and have students read the Key Concepts form from the textbook as you go.
3. Hands-On Demonstration and Instruction:
Instructor explains and demonstrates every movement and position of Area 3 slowly and clearly.
The Right Foot demonstration should be slow and intentional, allowing students to clearly observe each movement and understand the technique step by step. When you move on to the Left Foot, aim for a more fluid and natural flow, demonstrating how the signals and hand movements begin to work together in rhythm.
If time permits, re-demonstrate Areas 1 and 2, reviewing key landmarks and difficult signals such as the knee, sciatic nerve, ovary, jaw, thoracic artery, and sternum. Focus on accuracy and intention on each signal.
LUNCH BREAK
4. Set the Tone for At Home Practice and Preparation for Class 4:
Encourage high practice numbers with a casual and confident tone. Encourage higher numbers. Ideally, each student should aim for 20-40 zones prior to next class.
Your tone and expectations will help them succeed and set the tone for the remaining classes. As an instructor you will need to celebrate their success while understanding the times they may have less zone numbers, but in a tactful and supportive way. Students commit to how many practice zones they will complete before Class 4.
Remember, Class 4 is only drawing and practicing. Try to help students be excited for the 2 long days of drawing and practicing, rather than dreading it. Your tone will set the class. Invite them to bring snacks and plan on breaking the day up frequently.
5. Assign Homework:
Review Class 3 Homework Checklist. Reminder, homework can be done in the book OR on Google Classrooms.
6. Practice Time:
Allow students time to practice zoning Area 3. Instructor gives supportive feedback and guidance. Try not to over critique at this point. Remember intention overrules technique and they may be overwhelmed with new signals.
If time permits, practice Areas 1 and 2. This is a great time to have them practice muscle testing for an essential oil.
✅ Instructor Notes & Suggestions
Emotional connection is key—STORIES matter. Flexibility is okay—know your destination and adapt your path. Create a safe, validating space. If drawing is delayed, ensure it's fully covered on Day 2. Homework check-in and discussion help reinforce learning. It’s a good practice to follow up privately with students a few days after class to see how they are doing. At the end of the day, remind students to make their payment and sign their attendance record.
You shouldn't need to print off anything for the anatomy homework, but if you would like any of the PDFs, you can view or download them here.
